After completing his education at Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA, Eric and his wife decided to make Raleigh their home in 1996. It was here that he embarked on his remarkable career in real estate, leaving a lasting mark at every step of the way.

Eric’s journey began as a real estate paralegal, where he gained invaluable insights into the legal intricacies of the industry. His passion for the field led him to take the entrepreneurial leap, as he went on to establish a small title agency. It was through this venture that he developed a deep understanding of the title and settlement services, an expertise that has since guided his career.

Eager to expand his horizons and equipped with an unwavering dedication to excellence, Eric pursued his real estate license. This decision allowed him to gain a broader perspective of the industry and provide even more comprehensive assistance to his clients.

With a reputation for excellence firmly established, Eric’s next venture was as a trainer and consultant for SoftPro. For eight years, he shared his knowledge and expertise, helping others in the field refine their skills and elevate their real estate transactions to a higher standard.

In 2020, Eric August joined Partner Title, where he continues to play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service. As the Managing Director, Eric brings his extensive experience to the forefront, overseeing and enhancing the company’s operational excellence.

Heather Williams

Director of Sales

With an impressive 20-year career at First American Home Warranty, where she served as their Area Manager, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Her dedication and commitment to excellence are second to none.

But that’s not all! Heather is not just a seasoned professional; she’s also deeply involved in the local real estate community. She is an affiliate member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS and the Women’s Council of REALTORS Greater Triangle. Heather’s passion for real estate and her extensive network of connections will undoubtedly be a tremendous asset to our clients.

Heather’s family life is equally inspiring. She, along with her loving husband Chad of 21 years, is the proud parent of 3 amazing teenage daughters. Two of them are currently pursuing their dreams at NC State University. Their household is a lively one, with 3 furry companions, their beloved dogs, who accompany them on many delightful walks. Heather also shares her voice with her church choir in Fuquay Varina. As a family, they relish the tranquility of the beach and the excitement of the lake whenever the opportunity arises.

One more thing to know about Heather: she’s not only dedicated to nurturing her existing relationships with real estate agents but is also eager to forge new bonds with attorneys in our area. Sheri Foster

Senior Title Insurance Underwriter

Sheri Foster is a seasoned professional in the field of title insurance, proudly serving as a Senior Title Insurance Underwriter at Partner Title. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Sheri’s journey began in Washington State, where she honed her skills as a real estate closer and escrow assistant. In 2011, she made the transition to North Carolina, embarking on her career as a Title Insurance Underwriter.

Today, as a valued member of the Partner Title team, Sheri is dedicated to delivering warm and professional service to every client she encounters. She holds a deep appreciation for Partner Title’s commitment to providing swift and efficient services, always accompanied by a warm smile. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sheri treasures the moments spent with her husband of 17 years and her 6 beloved feline companions.
